A new Satoyama Stays home is taking shape in the heart of Akakura Onsen, Myoko.

We’re currently renovating a five-bedroom house directly across the road from Kendama House.

Designed for groups of up to 12 guests, the house will combine generous shared spaces with plenty of room to settle in after a day in the mountains, all with stunning panoramic views across the surrounding landscape.

The house is scheduled to open in winter 2027–28.
